How the Process Works: Book, Deliver, Haul
Three steps, start to finish.
1. Book. Reserve online through our booking page or call for a same day quote. We need your address, your delivery date, a rough description of the debris, and where you want the bin placed. That last detail matters more than people realize, so if the driveway is narrow, on a slope, or has a low branch or overhead wire above it, tell us up front and we will plan the drop accordingly.
2. Delivery. Our driver positions the roll off where you asked, not just wherever is easiest. Clear the spot beforehand: move cars, trash cans, and anything you do not want boxed in for the rental period. We place protective boards under the rails to protect your driveway surface. Then it is yours, and you fill it on your own schedule with no crew standing around watching the clock.
3. Haul. When you are done, or when the rental period ends, call or book the pickup and we take it away, sort what we can, and dispose of the rest properly. Nothing else for you to do.

What You Can (and Can't) Put In
Most of what comes out of a house, a yard, or a job site is fine.
Yes, load it in:

- Roofing material and shingles from tear-offs
- Yard and landscape waste: branches, brush, sod, trimmings
- Appliances that do not contain refrigerant
- Carpet, padding, and mattresses (tell us in advance so we route them correctly)
No, these are not allowed:
- Hazardous waste: paint, solvents, oil, chemicals, pesticides, asbestos
- Tires and car batteries
- Refrigerators, freezers, and AC units that still contain freon
- Propane tanks, fuel containers, and anything pressurized or flammable
- Electronics and e-waste, which California regulates separately
- Wet paint (fully dried-out latex paint cans are usually acceptable, ask us)
These are not arbitrary rules. Landfills and transfer stations reject prohibited material, and if a load gets turned away, that cost lands on somebody. Telling us what is in your pile before delivery prevents the whole problem.
On heavy material: concrete, brick, dirt, rock, and roofing tear off are much heavier per cubic yard than household junk. A bin can hit its weight limit while looking half empty. For those jobs, ask about a smaller bin dedicated to the heavy material. It is counterintuitive, but a smaller container is often both safer and cheaper for concrete and dirt.
Do You Need a Permit?
